This year Halloween falls on a Saturday. Typically, kids begin to trick or treat around 5:00 PM. But at the Regency Park Library, we like to start things off early say about 2:00 PM. Come join us for crafts, games, costumes, & other activities. We like to think of it as a before party. This event is for elementary age children.
